Why do you not sell lab grown diamonds?
We have a 40 year standing trade-in policy. If someone spends x-amount on a diamond, we’ll give them 100% of its value for an upgrade. The value of lab grown diamonds drop in comparison to normal diamonds, that we wouldn’t be able to honor this long of a trade-in policy. It’s hard to sell someone something that is depreciating at a steady rate. However, we do sell diamond alternatives, such as moissanite, zirconia, and white sapphires.
What do I do if I inherit precious metals?

Do you do insurance appraisals?
Yes! Insurance appraisals & appraisal updates start at $75 , and typically take 3-5 day. All appraisals are completed by a GIA graduate gemologist Emergency services are available.
Are jewelry repairs completed in-house?
Yes! Our in house-jewelry repair expert completes repairs in our own four walls. All repairs start with a photographic intake process , are completed in house and travel no more than 20 feet.
